Viewing your Weather Data
This is covered by the first three menu items on the left of the main menu.
Available Pages
- Dashboard:

- This is essentially the same as the default dashboard except for the following:
- The Alarms Panel is at the top of the page but can be hidden. Note
- A new Davis panel showing the status of various Davis® features is displayed. This panel is only available for Davis Weather Stations. Like the Alarms panel, it can be toggled on and off as required.
- A Show Almanac button is provided that pops up Sun and Moon data. This panel is
modalso needs to be closed to regain access to the parent page. - The Wind Overview panel shows the Beaufort scale and the current Wind Run.
- Weather Data
- A drop down that combines all default Interface pages that allow data to be viewed only.
- Current Readings Note
- Includes: Peak Gust Bearing, Beaufort Scale, Cloudbase and on the Solar Panel. Note UV Radiation if this data is available.
- Gauges
- Includes an information panel showing the weather forecast.
- Recent Charts
- Uses buttons to select the required chart and various other chart formatting improvements.
- Select-a-ChartNote
- Select-a-Period
- Historic Charts Note
- Today v Yesterday
- Weather Records Note

- Records this PeriodNote
- Daily Data Query
- Extra Sensors
- Additional Sensors
- Airlink Sensors
- Both the above pages are the same as on the default Interface
All pages that show tabular data highlight data rows when you hover over them. Records pages disable the button for the current data set and only buttons that have data available are displayed. Thus if you began storing data mid year, buttons before that month are removed.
Another feature of the Weather Records page is that it will remember the month/data set being viewed for the current browsing session. This means that if you navigate away from the page and then return, the same months' data will be displayed.
These pages all display their data in panels. It is possible to re-arrange the panels or change the columns used without resorting to cutting and pasting HTML code. To see how to do this visit Editing the Layout of Panels page.
